Hi everybody,
Well, I’ve been in Africa for almost two weeks now. Everything is slowly coming together…very slowly but this is Africa. I’ll be using that phase a lot so I’ll just put it down as TIA (This Is Africa). That is something that I have to remind myself of often. Things work a little differently here but they do work, well sort of. I’ve already lost a little weight, not much but a little. Caleb, that I’m staying with, is awesome. They really have helped me out with a lot of things.
I’ll be leaving for Mbale on Mon or Tue so that should be fun. Ridding a bus in Africa is/will be an adventure!!!!! I’m really looking forward to getting to Mbale to help Bishop Gogo and the church’s there. I hope to have some cool things to share with you guys once I get to Mbale.
Keep me in your prayers as I seek to know God’s will for me here in Africa. If anyone hears something from the Lord, please let me know.
